The Methodist Church in Zimbabwe Fellowship (MCZF) is an organization within the Methodist Church in Great Britain and has strong links with the Methodist Church in Zimbabwe. The membership is open to all Zimbabwean Methodists who reside or visit Great Britain.
The Fellowship aims to encourage members to participate fully in all aspects of their local Churches, local MCZF and the national MCZF. It seeks to create and maintain cultural awareness of traditional Zimbabwe Methodist Church style of worship and to participate in relevant group activities such as Woman fellowship (Ruwadzano), Men's fellowship (MCU) and youth groups. The fellowship also seeks to offer both spiritual and material support to members, promote love, peace and unity among all Fellowship members. It is the aim of the Fellowship to increase awareness of God's presence, challenge injustice and make more followers of Jesus Christ. Last but not least the Fellowship aims to support the Zimbabwe Methodist Church in cash and kind.
There are 28 local UK branches of the MCZF, including the Leicester branch. For details of the MCZF and links to their branches, see http://www.zimbabwefellowship.org.uk.
The Leicester Fellowship meets regularly on Sunday afternoons, and welcomes new members. For further details, please contact Magaret Msimbe firstname.lastname@example.org.
