On 14 September, Robin Stevenson rode The Tour de Leicestershire 2019, organised by Open Hands. He completed the ride as part of the effort to raise £23,000 to install solar panels on the Bishop Street Methodist Church roof.
Malcolm writes: "Tour de Leicestershire, 81.25 miles successfully completed in 8hrs 5min. Found it very heavy going around 50-60 miles, but after a drink of pink energy drink at Woodhouse Eaves Baptist Church, it went a lot better!"
