One roof

The pilot Permanent Night Shelter at Central Baptist Church, Charles Street, run by One Roof Leicester opened its doors to guests on Monday 14 October. The new permanent shelter offers accommodation to women as well as men.

The shelter is critically short of volunteers to cover the overnight shifts. Offers of just one evening or night will be gratefully received. The pilot runs for just 6 weeks, which is 42 days and 6 volunteers per day.
