Here at Bishop Street, we're wanting to make our premises more sustainable by installing solar panels.
There is room on our roof for 72 high-yield solar panels, which would cut the carbon impact of the many meetings and activities that take place at Bishop Street each week. One installed, the panels will also reduce running costs year on year, which will help with the Church's financial viability.
The estimated cost on installing the solar panels is £23,000. If you are able to help, you can donate on this JustGiving page — https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/robin-stevenson-churchsolarpower.
So are £14k has been raised.
