Chris P: December 2019
Talk in the chapel: Neil Crutchley who was for many years the music critic for the Leicester Mercury, will be giving his annual talk on Christmas music at Bishop Street Methodist Church on Thursday 12th December at 6.15pm. This year Neil's topic will be the many tunes to which the carol ' While shepherds watched' has been sung. The talk is the second in a series called Christmas with St Luke, which will explore the ways in which the Christmas story owes many of its episodes and meanings to St Luke's gospel. There is no Charge for admission. The talks will end by 7.15pm.
